The Nigerian Electoral Act 2010 in HTML5
Below is a HTML5 copy of the Nigerian Electoral Act. I am using a web application called CroCroDoc to host it. Don't worry about what HTML5 means, just know that you can hightlight and comment on what seems to be a PDF document.
